Christopher Miller, Partner & Co-Founder

Chris currently serves as Chairman of CMNY Holdings, LLC a family office based in San Diego, CA that owns and operates multiple national investments in real estate, transportation and logistics, oil and gas, and aviation.

Prior to forming MoreSpace, Chris was the founder of iStorage and served as the company's Chairman and General Partner. In 2007, Chris pursued self-storage given the all-around industry inefficiency, higher relative returns, and the opportunity to bring technology into a historically unsophisticated marketplace.

Chris has been actively involved in commercial real estate investing & management since 1994. Prior to founding iStorage, Chris built a successful multi-family advisory company and negotiated over $1.8 billion in multi-family and commercial transactions as a principal and broker.

Scott Seward, Partner & Co-Founder

Scott is responsible for oversight of the accounting department, global cash management, lender reporting and compliance, sourcing new debt relationships and real estate acquisitions. Scott has extensive experience in multi-family, self-storage, investment sales and financing. During his tenure in multi-family investment sales, he brokered over $500 million in transactions.

Marva Weathers, Accounting Manager

Marva Weathers is a seasoned accounting professional with a rich career spanning more than 25 years. Initially, she made her mark in the mutual funds and revenue reporting sector before shifting her focus to the self-storage industry. As a key member of a team overseeing the financials for over a hundred self-storage facilities, she gained substantial experience. In 2017, Marva joined MoreSpace, where she currently serves as the Accounting Manager. In her role, she oversees all facets of the accounting department, continually enhancing her expertise in commercial real estate.

Christina Garcia, Senior Property Manager

Christina is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with over a decade of experience managing diverse property types, including shopping centers, retail spaces, hotels, and medical office buildings. She excels in tenant relations, financial reporting, property maintenance, vendor management, cost control strategies, and capital improvement projects. Christina's strong leadership and strategic expertise make her a resourceful and results-driven asset in property management.

Ty Price – Senior Associate

Ty leads the underwriting and evaluation of acquisitions, deal sourcing, investor relations, and oversees asset management directly with the CFO at MoreSpace Management. With a strong background in commercial real estate, Ty plays a key role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities while managing assets to maximize value. Prior to joining MoreSpace, Ty worked in industrial brokerage, gaining valuable market expertise and transaction experience. Ty holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida.
